Billing at Resident and End User level has become more onerous over the years. Data Energy provides an accurate, transparent billing service to streamline the process.
We undertake lessee and tenant direct billing, to include apportionment through sub-metering. Heat billing on new apartment blocks is very much part of our day to day activities.
This service is available where the energy supply is made direct from the landlords’ services. Typically this applies with a metered heat supply from a centralised energy centre via a heat network.
This does require a focused and skilled customer service interface. Our friendly and approachable Energy Managers are available to discuss aspects of residents’ energy supply arrangements.
