Vigilance is key, otherwise you can end up paying more than you should. Data Energy monitors supply, usage, bills and equipment as part of your Account Review, so that we can spot errors. Is the metering out of step? Has the contract rate been applied correctly? Has the temporary deemed rate been applied without notice? This capability to unpick billing data means that there are no nasty surprises. Issues are identified early and then addressed.
When disputes do occur, our Dispute Resolution know-how means we can construct solutions that will benefit you as the Managing Agent, and be acceptable to the utility supplier. Our broad ranging and senior contacts within the energy supply companies mean that agreements are then acted upon.
